Lamb of God

There just isn't anyone out there who seems to get me
So alone is how I'll always be
I am just different, guess I can't hang
All these people around try to get me to change
But I never will, I just am who I am
Created perfectly as God's lamb
So criticize all you want I am made how He wants me
And soon enough His will for me you will all see
Because I was made for greatness, not mine but His own
So tell me who You want me to be, Lord, and that man I will hone
Shape me, craft me into that man
Lord, allow me to follow perfectly along with Your plan
Just give me Your word and I will follow
I'm tired of this life, living so hollow
Take my old body, burn it to dust
I tried this life on my own, but it was just a bust
Give me a body new
Lord, give me a body that can show You
Can show Your power and show Your love
Show Your majestic being that rules from above
Never, Lord, let me out of Your sight
This life is tough and without You I can't fight
Without You I can hardly stand
Because a life without You is repetitive and bland
Doing the same thing, leading to destruction
But, Lord, I turn to You for instruction
Tell me where to go, Lord lead my track
I give my life up for You and I am never going back
